CANCELLATION POLICY
I truly value the time I spend with each and every one of my clients. I strive to provide the best experience possible. I understand that sometimes life happens and plans may need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. For cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, a 50% charge of the service cost will be applied, please note that no shows will be changed the full amount of the scheduled service. This allows me to make the most of my time and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.
